Group Centre Activities
Make meaningful connections and have fun. Join us at our Head Office space in Armadale for a chance to engage in activities with fellow NDIS participants
Community Nursing Care
Care in the comfort of your home. Nursing and personal care services delivered in the comfort of your home by qualified nurses and support staff
Life Stage Transition
Offering short and long term support, with an emphasis on helping you live at home, participate in the community, and organize your own support
Drop-in Supports
Support when you need it the most. With drop-in services, participants can stay in SIL housing or their own homes and receive care throughout the day
Community Participation
Stay connected and involved in your community. We have successfully put together a committed staff to support participants with a range of activities
Daily Living
